Film Reviews & Headlines

(darkly intense music) – I knew that this story started with where we left off in “Breaking Bad,” but I had no idea where it was heading. – This is very much a Breaking Bad movie. It feels a bit like old home week. It feels a bit like deja vu. And yet it also like
something fresh and new. Aaron getting to star in his own movie, the Jesse Pinkman story post-Breaking Bad. I’ve been looking forward
to doing this for years. – It was just so strange
to the script in hand and it just said, “Vince
Gilligan: Special Project.” – Vince did such an excellent job at the end of “Breaking Bad,” but I really felt like there was one story that was not fully explored
and that was Jesse’s. – I think the story of this film is really about a struggle to survive. You know, it follows a man on the run who will truly stop at nothing
to finally become free. – You guys ready? – Oh yeah. – It’s so good, like how close he is. You can feel it! – Obviously, we thought
this thing was done. But it still very much lives
and breathes in all of us. It was worth the 21 takes, tell you that! So much time had passed,
but we’re all still so close and so there’s just like
old friends coming together. It was like coming home. – It was like going back to
your high school reunion, if your high school sold meth. – Yeah. (laughter) – [Male Voice] Okay,
picture’s up, here we go. And action. – I think all of our fans
will just be so thrilled to see this next chapter. I think it really gives some
closure for this character. – [Deep Male Voice] You ready? – Yeah. (intense percussive music)

  1. I watched it tonight. AAron Paul was great as always.
Todd…That guy swelled up like he was stung by a hundred bees. What did he gain…60 lbs since Breaking Bad ended? Did he get paid in vouchers to McDonalds?

  2. Never really liked me Pinkman on breaking bad toward the end but probably 80 percent of anyone who cared bout it will be checking it out if they have Netflix why there going to do it

  3. I would love it if this movie was a bridge between Breaking Bad and a new series involving Jesse's new life in Alaska. Maybe when Better Call Saul finishes, we'll see Saul flee to Alaska and… well who knows?!?

  4. How to keep people subscribe to Netflix:
Make a Breaking Bad movie about Jessie
Make a sequel in which Walter isn't actually dead and in somekind of witness protection
Make another one where Jessie somehow meets Walter, complete a Triology
    You can thank me later

  5. Such a boring movie. It is only for fanboys. An extended ending, a maximum of two episodes of the series, was extended for 2 hours.

  6. I think this movie is a little bit to boring he should more run of police and good think is a fight or something like that with police

  7. I just hope he comes back from Alaska after 1 year and reunites with White
Plot twist : White isn't dead, he is in captivity, police made it up, jesse comes back to rescue him from Guantanamo Bay detention camp

Please Vince Gilligan please… Make one final 10 episodes series on this

Please guys like, who knows he would make one final series

Remember it wasn't shown that Walter White is dead, it was just told in news

  8. No volveré a ver esta película xk es una mïërdä que no le hace justicia al personaje de Jessie, netflix hijo de pütä

  9. I think some people were disappointed in the movie because it wasn't like breaking bad but it was supposed to be like that and show jesse getting to start over

  10. I could’ve done without this movie. It wasn’t necessary and I enjoyed the ambiguity that was left at the end of the original series.

  11. Rest well in that big vacuum repair shop in the sky. Mr. Forster. 😔

Wherever will I find a new dust filter for a Hoover MaxExtract Pressure Pro, Model 60 now??? 😢

  12. Well made movie, really nice. Vince is a genius, but i dont know this seemed unnecessary, fan service.. not like Better Call Saul that is a great adition to BB's universe

  13. The biggest irony of this movie is the fact it’s about a character that was meant to be killed off in the first season of the TV show it’s based on. Mind blown.

  14. Hmmmm maybe I need to rewatch it, but I was left a tad underwhelmed. Maybe a mini-series might have helped things develop a bit better.

  15. This movie was so boring. Imo. OFC it’s My opinion. Don’t want the opinion police to comment “ hey that’s just your opinion, speak for yourself.”

  16. 2 hours of Jesse getting money from Todd's place, then going to Alaska. Not much in between either. Very slow movie, and barely any plot.

Maybe if Hank or Gomez were still alive, this could've been a great movie with a great antagonist, instead we got a random dude as the antagonist who just died doing drugs and getting shot. I understand it's only 2 hours, so they can't make and delve deep into a new antagonist like they did with Gus, but this guy sucked completely. And we barely even saw Pete and Badger.

  17. Cheap movie, nothing special… bad story filled with some bad 👀 … and bby… I expected much more !!
But what to expect from NetflixZ
They making billions and films worth thousand dolar !!

  18. God i missed badger and i remembered he didn’t want to sleep over at jesse’s cause he has a cat to take care of… that’s just PURE
